Cancellation policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026 This policy applies if we offer subscriptions, memberships, retainers, or other recurring or automatically renewing services. One-time purchases are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and product or service terms. Recurring subscriptions and memberships Before you agree to an automatically renewing or continuous-service offer, we will clearly present the material renewal terms, including the billing frequency, price or pricing method, renewal period, and how to cancel, as required by applicable law. Where legally required, including when California's Automatic Renewal Law applies, we will obtain express affirmative consent to the recurring terms before charging you and provide an acknowledgement that includes or links to the cancellation information. How to cancel You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided with the subscription or by contacting us for assistance. Where applicable law requires cancellation through the same method of communication used to enroll or the method you generally use to interact with us, we will provide that option. When California's Automatic Renewal Law applies to an online enrollment, you must be able to cancel online at will, and we will not add steps that obstruct or delay immediate cancellation. Where required, we will also provide an easy-to-use cancellation method such as email, an online account control, a toll-free number if offered, or another legally sufficient method. When cancellation takes effect Unless the offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a charge that has already been processed, except where required by law or specifically stated in the offer or our Refund Policy. Renewal, trial, annual, and price-change notices We will provide renewal reminders, annual reminders, free- or discounted-trial notices, and price-change notices when applicable law requires them. When California's Automatic Renewal Law applies: - for an automatically renewing initial term of one year or longer, the renewal notice will be sent at least 15 days and no more than 45 days before renewal; - for a free or discounted trial lasting more than 31 days that converts to a paid recurring offer, the applicable reminder will be sent at least 3 days and no more than 21 days before the free or discounted period expires; - when applicable to a change in the recurring fee, the required notice will be sent at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the fee change takes effect and will include cancellation instructions; and - an annual reminder will identify the recurring product or service, the frequency and amount of charges, and how to cancel, using the communication method required by law. Free or discounted trials If a free or discounted trial will convert to a paid recurring plan, the offer will state the conversion terms before enrollment. If you do not want the paid renewal, cancel using the disclosed method before the applicable deadline. Any additional reminder required by law will be provided. Changes to pricing or recurring terms If the price or other material recurring terms change, we will provide any notice or consent required by applicable law before the change takes effect. Third-party billing If a recurring service is billed through a third-party platform, app store, marketplace, or payment provider, cancellation may need to be completed through that provider's account settings or process. We will identify that arrangement when reasonably available to us. Scheduled services Consulting sessions, intensives, live trainings, and workshops are not automatically treated as subscriptions. Their cancellation and rescheduling terms are described in our Refund Policy, sales page, confirmation, or separate service agreement.
